Do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer free shipping for all orders within the Maldives and UK.
For the rest of the world, we offer free shipping for orders above $20. For orders below $20, a flat rate is applied at checkout.
I still haven't received my items. What do I do?
We aim to despatch the items within a day of receiving the order (maximum 3 days). All orders are sent via tracked post. If the tracking has not been updated, do get in touch with us. We would be more than happy to sort this out for you.
What are your order processing time?
Our processing times are normally up to 3 days. We aim to process all orders, refunds and returns within this time frame.
What are your return / exchange policy?
Our aim is to provide you with the best product so that your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not fully satisfied with our product we offer either a full refund or an exchange of the item for something of the same price. We cover the cost of returning the item.
We have a 90 days return or exchange policy no questions asked!
Although it is not required, we would be very pleased if you could tell us the reason for your return. This would help us to improve our services and products in the future.
If you decide to keep the product after this duration and notice any material or workmanship defects, we have a 1 year warranty. Please send us a message to have it replaced at no extra charge. - we cover the shipping too! :)
